Mike Marsh recently competed and won in a professional 'Fight Night' in Melbourne. Held on the 4th September, Mike fought in the Main Event of the night and beat the Australian Heavyweight who is heading to the World Championships in Denmark. Also present to support Mike on 'Fight Night' was his partner Diana Kasad (also from Auckland TKD) and fellow NZ Team representatives Hayley Schofield and Randy Javier. This year's New Zealand Black Belt Championships were held on the 29th August at the Avondale College Sports Stadium in Auckland. Our Auckland Team of four competitors came away with two Gold, two Silver, and two bronze medals completing a great day's effort all round Vivienne Luckman won Bronze in the Female Individual Poomsae competition which was a great result against some top competition.
