Mondays and Thursdays, 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Ideal for beginners and colour belt members.
Advanced Class
Mondays and Thursdays, 7.30pm - 8.30pm
For selected colour belt members, black tabs and over
Combined Class/Fitness Class
Saturdays, 10.00am - 11.30am
Open to all members of all grades.
(This class also doubles as the fitness & tournament training
class when we are preparing for any upcoming tournaments)
*Please note that this class generally runs during the school terms from March until November.
